I ordered 6 bottles to be shipped to the mainland and one bottle arrived smashed to smithereens and everything was a wet sticky mess. I recognized that USPS obviously dropped the box but the bottles were not packed well enough for shipping, in my opinion. Newspaper and packing paper but no bubble wrap, no plastic bags around bottles and no box within a box.
I have reached out to the company for compensation and have been ignored, much to my disappointment. I do a lot of online shopping and have never received a product in such poor shape. While I love this product I will never order from Aunty Lilikoi again.

Can I rate you FIVE STARS x 1000 ??? Your products are excellent. your service is excellent too. I feel the ALOHA as soon as I see the shipping box!!! Your product and Kona Coffee are what helps keep me sane on the mainland!!!
