In the last 18 years, Aunty Lilikoi has been the recipient of many awards that recognize the company’s excellence in marketing and product innovation. These awards include The Retail Merchants of Hawaii Hoʻokela Award and the U.S. Small Business Administration Small Business Exporter of the Year for the County of Kauaʻi Award. On April 8, 2014, Aunty Lilikoi was named a finalist in the Outstanding Condiment category in the Specialty Food Association’s 2014 sofi awards. A sofi is the top honor in the $88 billion specialty food industry. “sofi ” stands for ‘Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation’ and represents the best-of-the-best from members of the Specialty Food Association. Additionally, Aunty Lilikoi has won 14 medals and a Grand Champion trophy in competition at the annual World Wide Mustard Competition. This event attracts entries from notable mustard giants Grey Poupon, Beaverton Foods, Morehouse and Gulden, as well as smaller manufacturers.
Aunty Lilikoi’s products have also been honored at the World Hot Sauce Awards in Lafayette, Louisiana and at the Scovie Awards in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
